This state-of-the-art facility is located in the basement level of Australia Fair in Southport. HPC Gold Coast offers a unique blend of world-class fitness equipment, expert coaching, and premium wellness services under one roof.

Where is the HYROX Performance Centre located?

We’re located in the basement carpark of Australia Fair Shopping Centre, Southport, Gold Coast. Look for the HPC signage near the underground entrance (north carpark entry via Marine Parade).

What is HYROX and what makes your centre different?

HYROX is a global fitness race that combines running with functional workouts. Our centre is purpose-built for HYROX training, offering access to premium equipment, sled tracks, and race-specific programming. We’re Australia’s first 24/7 HYROX-focused facility.

What are your opening hours?

We’re open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – so you can train anytime that suits your schedule.

Do I need to be training for a HYROX race to join?

Not at all! While we specialise in HYROX training, our facility is open to anyone looking to improve their fitness – whether you're a complete beginner, a weekend warrior, or an elite athlete.

What type of training and equipment do you offer?

We offer:

→ Dedicated HYROX training

→ Sled push/pull lanes

→ Concept2 ski/row ergometers

→ Assault runners/treadmills

→ Functional fitness rigs with wall balls

→ Free weights, kettlebells, dumbbells, and more

Our space is designed for high-intensity interval training, functional strength, and conditioning workouts.

Are there coaches or classes available?

Yes! We offer:

How much does membership cost?

Membership options range from $30 open gym (limited to 100 members only) to $75 per week (unlimited classes), depending on access and service levels. We also offer foundation memberships for the first 150 members, casual drop-ins, and a 10 week ultimate body transformation package.

Is the centre suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Our team is here to guide you every step of the way, and our programming is scalable for all fitness levels. You don’t have to be fit to start – you just have to start.

Can I access the gym outside of staffed hours?

Yes – all members receive a secure 24/7 access app for full independence. For safety, we have security cameras, emergency systems, and well-lit training zones.

Are there change rooms, showers or recovery amenities?

Yes. We provide:

→ Bag drop/cubbyhole space

→ Showers and changing areas

→ Infrared saunas (available via bookings)

Is there parking available?

Yes – being in the Australia Fair basement carpark, members enjoy easy undercover parking with direct gym access.
